Regrese y no me lo quisieron cambiar por que la gerente no estaba. Con miles de trabajos me lo arreglaron, despues de alegar con ellos. y yo tenia que agarrar mi avion para volar a estados unidos y perdi mi vuelo, porque me entregaron el anillo mas tarde de lo que me prometieron arreglarlo, tube que pagar casi 300 dolares mas por el vuelo. Eramos 3 personas, Puras perdidas con esa joyeria. Anillo defectuoso mal hechos. Deverian de cambiarte las cosas este la gerente o no. Joyeria Ilusion no la recomiendo bonitos modelos pero defectosos. I bought a very expensive diamond ring more than two thousand dollars, and a very good second time I gave it, before 8 days after I bought it and the top piece dropped a rosette, the good thing that stayed in my hands, yes not total loss. I returned and they did not want to change me because the manager was not there. With thousands of jobs they fixed it for me, after arguing with them. And I had to get my plane to fly to the United States and I missed my flight, because they gave me the ring later than they promised to fix it, I had to pay almost 300 dollars more for the flight. We were 3 people, pure lost with that jewelry. Badly made defective ring. Should the manager change things for you or not. Ilusion Jewelry I do not recommend beautiful but defective models.
