★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para asociarme a ilusión y la primer persona que me atendio, no supo darme bien la información. Parece que al personal le molesta atender. Son demasiado lentas y lo que no me gusto es que ya no te prestan el catálogo. Tienes que asociarte y pagarlo. Te dan la opción de bajar el catálogo una vez que pagas la membresia.pero la app NO FUNCIONA BIEN?

Esperando a que me dieran acceso y nadie estaba pendiente, después de alguien se asomó me dijo que tengo que buscar en la página web los códigos y hacer el pedido porque por pandemia no dan catálogo. Para el mal servicio que ofrecen mejor que conviertan la tienda en bodega y solo se dediquen a armar pedidos. Mal servicio, todo por querer cerrar la tienda. Llegué a las 2:30 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que me atendió muy amable, pero la encargada y otras dos chicas ahí que estaban nomás no, ni buen trato la tienda toda desacomoda de exhibiciónes los muebles de maquillaje vacío sin presio me gustaría que mejorará ya que su ropa si es de buena calidad....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera dar zero, lo daría. Vine desde California para visitar, siempre me a gustado comprar ropa interior de esta marca para mi familia. Pero no me quisieron vender estas empleadas por no ser miembro. Todavia de que no me quisieron vender, me hicieron esperar 1 hora para que alguien me ayudara. Avía solo una mujer ayudando cuando avía más de 5 personas esperando a ser ayudadas, y las otras 3 mujeres en el teléfono textiando, tomándose su cafecito con pan, platicando, y barriendo. El peor servicio!!! No gasten su tiempo en esta tienda con unas personas que no son profesionales para atender.
If I could give zero, I would. I came from California to visit, I have always liked to buy underwear from this brand for my family. But they did not want to sell me these employees because I was not a member. Even though they didn't want to sell me, they made me wait 1 hour for someone to help me. There was only one woman helping when there were more than 5 people waiting to be helped, and the other 3 women on the phone texting, drinking their coffee with bread, talking, and sweeping. The worst service !!! Do not waste your time in this store with some people who are not professionals to attend to.
