★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia no es tan buena, puesto que faltan muchísimas prendas en existencia, y por qué ilusión jamás enseña las prendas y ahora con la contingencia ni siquiera la ropa interior, cuando no hay cambios y los clientes quieren que uno al comprar califique si les queda una talla determinada u otra, y las empleadas tienen prohibido enseñarlas, aparte que parece ser que las capacitan para ser déspotas, inaccesibles y de mal carácter. Siento que la calidad de la aprendas es buena y la atención debería ser mucho mejor, eso es lo que hace que uno se aleje de seguir comprando ahí, sobre todo ese detalle de no poder ver las prendas físicamente, si se supone que boy a comprar y debo ver lo que compro, mal muy mal.

I feel that the quality of the learning is good and the attention should be much better, that is what makes one move away from continuing to buy there, especially that detail of not being able to see the clothes physically, if I am supposed to buy and I must see what I buy, bad very bad.

Esperé 1 hora por un pedido que ya tenía pagado y a pesar de que le hice la observación a la cajera, atendió a otras personas que llegaron después de mi. En general con una actitud nada cordial, solamente con las expertas que ya conocen de tiempo tienen otro trato. Es una experiencia desagradable ir a esa tienda. Sugiero urgentemente, un curso intensivo de calidad en el servicio y atención al cliente, para todo el personal de la tienda.
Ilusión es una excelente marca, no me desanimará esta experiencia, sin embargo, es muy necesaria la capacitación constante del personal. No nos hacen un favor al atendernos, PAGAMOS POR UN SERVICIO Y ES SU TRABAJO Y DEBEN, DAR UNA BUENA ATENCIÓN A TODAS LAS CONSUMIDORAS, SEAMOS EXPERTAS O NO.
Very bad service. The cashier very rude, she was not friendly. I waited 1 hour for an order that I had already paid for and despite the fact that I made the observation to the cashier, she attended to other people who came after me. In general, with an unfriendly attitude, only with experts who have known for some time have another treatment. It is an unpleasant experience to go to that store. I urgently suggest an intensive course on quality in customer service and attention for all store personnel.
Illusion is an excellent brand, I will not be put off by this experience, however constant staff training is much needed. They do not do us a favor by serving us, WE PAY FOR A SERVICE AND IT IS THEIR JOB AND THEY MUST GIVE GOOD ATTENTION TO ALL CONSUMERS, WE ARE EXPERTS OR NOT.
