★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus practicantes no tienen sentido del servicio, mientras te están tomando los estudios están viendo la novela y te dejan con los aparatos dentro de la boca no saben cómo hacerlo y te lastiman muy salvajes me quedo muy mala impresión. :/

Salvo una recepcionista, un poco cortante y poco amable, los demás muy amables y atentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acaban de remodelar. Y el lugar ya cuenta con servicio completo. Esta más amplio y atienden ya con más rápidez. No tenemos que estar mucho tiempo esperando. Y si necesitas tu Radiografía. Te la mandan por WhatsApp cuando la solicitas, tienen la misma calidad de la radiografía impresa. El personal es muy cordial y siempre te dan la bienvenida. 100% recomiendo.
They just remodeled. And the place already has full service. It is wider and they serve faster. We don't have to wait long. And if you need your X-ray. They send it to you on WhatsApp when you request it, they have the same quality of the printed radiography. The staff is very cordial and always welcome you. 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente no es muy buena empezando porque no tienen estacionamiento únicamente los cajones están reservados para los dueños de los locales, no tienen baño o al menos el personal dijo no contar con baño ni en el consultorio, ni en la plaza. Durante la toma el personal contesta llamadas a su celular. Si se paga en efectivo el cliente debe conseguir cambio. Durante mi estancia llego una persona de la que no encontraron su radiografía y tuvieron que volver a tomarla. En resumen no recomiendo su servicio o al menos yo no regreso.
Customer service is not very good starting because they do not have parking, only the drawers are reserved for the owners of the premises, they do not have a bathroom or at least the staff said they do not have a bathroom either in the office or in the plaza. During the shot, the staff answers calls to your cell phone. If paying in cash, the client must get change. During my stay a person arrived whose X-ray was not found and they had to take it again. In summary I do not recommend your service or at least I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que aceptan pagos con tarjeta y es mentira, ponen pretextos absurdos para solo cobrar en efectivo.
El servicio deja mucho que desear. El doctor que me mandó ahí me dijo de otro lugar con mejor calidad en las radiografías, pero no le hice caso. En fin, creo que el dueño quiere evadir pagar impuestos. Busquen otra opción.
They say they accept card payments and it's a lie, they put up absurd pretexts to only charge in cash.
The service leaves a lot to be desired. The doctor who sent me there told me about another place with better quality X-rays, but I ignored him. Anyway, I think the owner wants to avoid paying taxes. Find another option.
