★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui varias veces, en sí los dentistas son muy amables pero no estoy contenta con la atención de las recepcionistas. Una vez llamé para posponer una cita y según la persona hizo el cambio. El día de la cita que había cancelado me llamaron para confirmar que si iba a ir...cuando ya lo había cancelado. En persona te tratan bien las recepcionistas pero por teléfono es otra cosa, poco amables. Una ocasión esperé más de 30 minutos en la sala a una cita que ya había agendado.
 I went several times, the dentists themselves are very friendly but I am not happy with the attention of the receptionists. I once called to postpone an appointment and according to the person he made the change. The day of the appointment I had canceled, they called me to confirm that I was going to go ... when I had already canceled it. The receptionists treat you well in person but on the phone it is something else, not very friendly. One time I waited more than 30 minutes in the living room for an appointment that I had already scheduled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima atencion de las recepcionistas, ultima vez tuvimos que esperar mas de una media hora para cita programada y en el otro piso,aunque no tenian gente.Tienen muy buenos dentistas, hemos sacado muelas de juicio ahi y todo muy bien.
Very bad attention from the receptionists, last time we had to wait more than half an hour for a scheduled appointment and on the other floor, although they did not have people. They have very good dentists, we have removed wisdom teeth there and everything is fine.

The super rude and very haughty receptionist hurts because the dentists are excellent I would not go back because of the bad treatment of the rude receptionist

IF I COULD GIVE LESS STARS TO THIS PLACE, THEY WON'T FIT !!! THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY, THEY DON'T DO THE PROCEDURES WELL, THEY WANT TO GET YOU JAMMED FROM PROMOTIONS AND GET YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THAT THE PATIENT IS GOOD, THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN MY MONEY BACK. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYTHING, BETTER CONSULT A LOCAL DENTIST AND DO NOT GO TO THESE CLINICS, BECAUSE I TALK FOR MY REFUND AND THE CALLS ARE HANGING UP. I HAD YEARS OF BEING A DENTAL CLEANING CUSTOMER, AND WHEN I WAS OFFERED SOMETHING MORE SPECIALIZED, IT WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. Went for a root canal and they got it wrong 4 times when making the crown. Ended up asking for a refund that took over 6 months, and I had to hound them down to get it. Not even refunded the right amount but it wasn’t worth the trouble- never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awful administration, lied to my girlfriend about how long her tooth restoration would take, took them 6 months to get a refund to her, she had to cause a scene in order to get her money back. horrible business, owners, treatment. STAY AWAY!!!!!
