★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo antes era usuario de este consultorio, por el precio creí que iba a ser un mucho mejor servicio pero me dí cuenta que no es así, realmente por el precio que se paga no vale la pena, tal vez otro consultorio de la misma línea pero no en este.( Que el dentista solo va ciertos días, y a veces uno por la escuela y el trabajo no puede ir cuándo está disponible el doctor, tenías cita agendada y tenías que esperar más tiempo, que ibas y nunca te llamaban a cita pésimo servicio de administración)
I was a user of this office before, for the price I thought it would be a much better service but I realized that it is not, really for the price you pay it is not worth it, maybe another office of the same line but not in this one. (That the dentist only goes on certain days, and sometimes one for school and work cannot go when the doctor is available, you had an appointment scheduled and you had to wait longer, that you went and never called you to a bad appointment administration service)

Disappointed, terrible service, they gave me an appointment today at 10:45 and it turned out that it was another day and it was not like that, that there was no doctor to attend to me, that I would go again at 2 and they would take me to another branch, I missed a day of work so that they came out with that, very bad...?

Acudí por una caries, me diagnosticaron mal desde el inicio, me pusieron resina y a los 3 meses se cayó, volví por la garantía y me hicieron después una incrustación, la incrustación me causó pulpitis y me la tuvieron que quitar a los 3 meses y me hicieron una endodoncia y encima otra incrustación. Durante todo este proceso me atendieron 5 dentistas diferentes, ninguno tomó total responsabilidad de sus malos diagnósticos. Y la última dentista que me atendió fue muy grosera y molesta, ya me atendía de mala gana, pero no iba a dejar de reclamar la garantía porque no fue nada barato, vine gastando $12,000 pesos en total, me quejé con la gerente de esta última dentista pero eran amigas desde hace 12 años, así que poco importó mi queja. No recomiendo para nada este lugar.
Terrible service. I went for a cavity, they misdiagnosed me from the beginning, they put resin on me and after 3 months it fell off, I came back for the guarantee and later they did an inlay, the inlay caused me pulpitis and they had to remove it after 3 months and I They did a root canal and on top of that another inlay. During this whole process I was treated by 5 different dentists, none of them took full responsibility for their misdiagnosis. And the last dentist who treated me was very rude and annoying, she already treated me reluctantly, but she was not going to stop claiming the guarantee because it was not cheap at all, I came spending $12,000 pesos in total, I complained to the manager of the latter dentist but they had been friends for 12 years, so my complaint didn't matter. I do not recommend this place at all.
