★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iba empezar un tratamiento y nunca tuvieron supuestamente el material y vas y preguntas y te tratan de mala manera, trámite mi reembolso ya que no pudieron hacerme nada y hasta la fecha según no les llegan los cheques
I was going to start a treatment and they never supposedly had the material and you go and ask and they treat you in a bad way, process my reimbursement since they could not do anything to me and until the date according to the checks do not arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pura estafa si sacas o tramitas un crédito, para un tratamiento el cual es muy caro a comparación de otros lugares, y si deseas cancelar el credito antes de realizar el tratamiento por endes razones te multan con una exagerada cantidad de dinero y tienes que pagarles si no te meten a buro de credito y te agregan mas deuda.
Ojo no se endeuden hay mejores clinicas y mas economicas.
Pure scam if you take out or process a credit, for a treatment which is very expensive compared to other places, and if you want to cancel the credit before performing the treatment for various reasons, you will be fined an exaggerated amount of money and you have to pay them if They do not put you in a credit bureau and add more debt.
Be careful not to get into debt, there are better and cheaper clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, de las peores clínicas que he asistido. En resumen:
-No son puntuales con el horario que te dan.
-Varias veces vas en vano porque te cancelan la cita y tú ya estás ahí (no te avisan que no podrán atenderte y así ahorrarte el pasaje o gasolina para la ida y vuelta).
-Cambian de ortodoncista muy seguido, esto hace que nos confundan en nuestro tratamiento y que pagues más, ya que uno te da un punto de vista y luego cuando se va, el que llega te dice otra cosa y al final ya no sabes quién te dice la verdad, si seguir pagando vale la pena o no.
-Una ortodoncista quiso cobrarme 500 pesos más por el retiro, no lo logró porque antes yo ya había preguntado cuánto era el costo. Cuando pasé al consultorio una cita antes, ella me dijo que era tanto ($) que se lo pagara a ella, así que cuando fuí lo que hice fue pagarle directamente a recepción para que no me estafara.
RECOMENDACIÓN: Busquen una clínica que sí sea responsable y que tenga a un solo ortodoncista que te lleve y oriente en todo tu tratamiento.
Bad service, one of the worst clinics I have ever attended. In summary:
-They are not punctual with the schedule they give you.
-Several times you go in vain because they cancel the appointment and you are already there (they do not tell you that they will not be able to attend you and thus save you the passage or gasoline for the round trip).
-They change orthodontist very often, this makes us confuse in our treatment and that you pay more, since one gives you a point of view and then when they leave, the one who arrives tells you something else and in the end you no longer know who you are. tells the truth, whether continuing to pay is worth it or not.
-An orthodontist wanted to charge me 500 pesos more for the removal, she couldn't do it because before I had already asked how much the cost was. When I went to the office for an appointment before, she told me that it was so much ($) that I paid it to her, so when I went, what I did was pay the reception directly so that she would not scam me.
RECOMMENDATION: Find a clinic that is responsible and has only one orthodontist to take you and guide you throughout your treatment.
