Bad service, they do not know how to take the exam, they bring back and forth to correct graduation, almost a month to deliver glasses, bad graduates and the girls who serve very rude among all throw the ball, and the manager never wanted to show his face, Do not go to that optician!

Terrible service they do not do the exam and they charge something that they do not request for the lenses for more than a month and a half so that even so the glasses will remain

I gave this optician a chance as I previously had bad experiences with other opticians. BAD IDEA !! I took the exam and bought my glasses there, I went almost 8 months later and they told me that the exam is done every year, but if I wanted they would do it for me; I accepted and it turns out that my prescription had increased, that if I wanted to have other lenses done, that is fine and if not, wait for a year, although I ran the risk that it would increase more. In the end they made me other glasses and from the beginning I felt uncomfortable, the lady who gave me my glasses said it was for adaptation, so I practically forced my eyes to adapt to a BAD prescription for almost a year. A month ago I started with burning in my eyes and I went to consult, not even the medicine relieved that discomfort. So I went back to do another eye exam and oh surprise, the two lenses that I had in this optician were poorly graduated, both of them !!!!. Now I had to pay for other lenses that fit my prescription, thanks to this optic.
