★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te dicen cosas distintas desde la llamada telefónica, llegue el día de mi cita (la cual confirme vía telefónica) y el laboratorio la tenía agendada en otra fecha; en lo técnico bien pero los pacientes somos solo números, se dirigen por tu nombre solo al llamarte para pasar a tu estudio, en ningún otro momento.
Al pasar a un estudio ginecológico encontré una bata usada sobre un banco que está como apoyo en el cambiador, no tienen mesa ginecólogica (no tiene pierneras), te colocan un cojín en la cadera y te piden permanecer sobre una mesa de exploración muy incomoda.
La doctora que me hizo el estudio me dio algodón con alcohol porque me sentí muy mareada, con esto pueden ver el tipo de profesionales que tienen.
 Terrible service, they tell you different things from the phone call, the day of my appointment arrived (which I confirmed by phone) and the laboratory had it scheduled on another date; technically well but patients are only numbers, they address you by name only when calling you to go to your study, at no other time.
When I went to a gynecological study, I found a used gown on a bench that is used to support the changing table, they do not have a gynecological table (it does not have legs), they place a cushion on your hip and they ask you to stay on a very uncomfortable examination table.
The doctor who did the study gave me alcohol swabs because I felt very dizzy, with this you can see the type of professionals they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realice una Resonancia Magnética, el personal de atención telefónica muy amable. Sin embargo, el técnico radiólogo que me realizó la resonancia fue grosero y poco profesional.
I performed an MRI, the telephone service staff very friendly. However, the radiologist who performed the MRI on me was rude and unprofessional.

Lo que está mal es el personal que atiende, es muy prepotente y no te atienden con amabilidad.
La secretaria es una persona muy grosera.
Prefiero ir al de Coyoacán, me queda más lejos pero te atienden con profesionalismo y calidad. Cosas que carece el personal de este lugar.
Horrible servicio. Ojalá nunca vayan ahí.

What is wrong is the staff that attends, is very arrogant and does not serve you with kindness.
The secretary is a very rude person.
I prefer to go to the one in Coyoacán, it is further away but they serve you with professionalism and quality. Things that the staff of this place lacks.
Horrible service. I hope they never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Pedi informes y cotizacion de 1 estudio y acudi a esta unidad. Al llegar sin previa valoración me dijeron que no podian hacerle el estudio a mi hija y me dijeron que fuera a coyoacan que ahi cerraban a las 7. Al ir en camino a coyoacan me llamaron diciendome que ya no podian atenderme hasta el siguiente dia y que no podian garantizarme que se hiciera. No lo recomiendo, en verdad no acudan a este laboratorio. Son groseros, prepotentes, no resolutivos. Yo decidi buscar otra opcion (inicialmente acudi ahi por recomendación de mi médico a quien le comente para que ya no envie pacientes ahi y les evite la mala experiencia)
Terrible service. I asked for reports and a quote for 1 study and went to this unit. Upon arrival without prior evaluation they told me that they could not do the study on my daughter and they told me to go to Coyoacan, which closed there at 7. On the way to Coyoacan they called me saying that they could no longer attend me until the next day and that They couldn't guarantee it would be done. I do not recommend it, really do not go to this laboratory. They are rude, pushy, not decisive. I decided to look for another option (initially I went there on the recommendation of my doctor to whom I comment so that he no longer sends patients there and avoids the bad experience)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realicé mastografía y ultrasonido de mamas. Muy amables en recepción. Las doctoras que me atendieron son excelentes profesionales. Recomiendo ampliamente Imagenus Polanco.
Recientemente me realicé resonancia magnética y nuevamente me atendieron excelentemente bien. El técnico del resonador, muy capaz y profesional. Hubo un detalle con el call center que agenda las citas, pero se resolvió en recepción gracias a la amabilidad y capacidad de la recepcionista. Solo les recomiendo que revisen previamente las indicaciones que envían por correo electrónico para la realización de los estudios y verifiquen vía telefónica que sean correctas para evitar contratiempos.
I had a mammogram and breast ultrasound. Very friendly at reception. The doctors who treated me are excellent professionals. I highly recommend Imagenus Polanco.
I recently had an MRI scan and again they took excellent care of me. The resonator technician, very capable and professional. There was a detail with the call center that schedules appointments, but it was resolved at reception thanks to the kindness and ability of the receptionist. I only recommend that you previously review the instructions that you send by email to carry out the studies and verify by phone that they are correct to avoid setbacks.
