Bad customer service. I bought several freezers and they all failed; They are supposed to review them and leave them the same. They never answer emails or phones. It really is a mistake to choose them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo promovedores que somos es un verdadero fastidio estar esperando por más de tres horas que la gente del almacén 10 tarde se tomen su tiempo para liberarte no se ponen a pensar que tenemos que visitar más empresas y por salir tarde de ahí no nos da tiempo ojalá mejoren y agilicen su tiempo de recepción en metálicos y ptm son más eficientes no tardan ni diez minutos en recibir revisar sellar y poner el GR gracias
