Son unos mentirosos y la asesora Carolina no contesta !!!
Porquería de taller !!!

Acudi nuevamente pero solo me dicen que asi vienen ya las refacciones (facias) y que no pueden hacer nada (dicen que es con el seguro)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi coche tiene mes y medio en el taller ahí lo envío el seguro y hasta el día de hoy no le han hecho nada y obviamente me urge mi coche el seguro me dió día de entrega faltan 3 días y obviamente no van a cumplir con la fecha, se batalla para contactar por teléfono y por Whatsapp no contestan.
My car has been in the workshop for a month and a half, the insurance sent it there and to this day they have not done anything to it and obviously my car is urgently needed, the insurance gave me a delivery day, there are 3 days left and obviously they will not meet the date , they battle to contact by phone and by Whatsapp they do not answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me avisaron que el coche estaría listo de 6 a 8 días hábiles. Lo entregaron a los 10 días. Además no hay manera de contactarlos. Llamé a dos teléfonos y escribí a su WhatsApp y nada de respuesta. Tuve que ir en persona al taller solo para que me dijeran cuándo iba a estar listo. En pocas palabras: falta de profesionalidad.
They told me that the car would be ready in 6-8 business days. They delivered it after 10 days. Also there is no way to contact them. I called two phones and wrote to their WhatsApp and no response. I had to go to the shop in person just to be told when it was going to be ready. In short: lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una auténtica pesadilla. A pesar de que tenía 3 números distintos, nunca contestaban mis llamadas ni mensajes. Además, tuve que llevar la camioneta una segunda vez porque no quedó a la primera.
En otras palabras: Si descubres que tu pareja es infiel, choca su coche y asegúrate de que lo mande a arreglar en este taller. Si consigues que Carolina sea su contacto, ya la hiciste. Se arrepentirá de por vida por haberte engañado...
It was a real nightmare. Even though I had 3 different numbers, they never answered my calls or messages. Also, I had to take the truck a second time because it didn't fit the first time.
In other words: If you find out your partner is cheating, crash his car and make sure he gets it fixed at this shop. If you get Carolina to be her contact, you've already done it. He will regret for life for cheating on you...
