★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me citaron a las 7:30 abren a las 8 y van a dar las 11 y aún no nos atienden, la atención personal si es amable pero eso no soluciona nada, mi paciente tiene que viajar a su localidad ya que vive en otro Estado, sus boletos son para las 12, o sea ya perdió su salida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda la atención fue excelente. La señorita de la entrada me dio turno muy atenta y me indicó claramente todo. La señorita de recepción muy amable y me aclaró todas mis dudas con paciencia. Me tocó buena suerte y no había gente cuando llegué, pasé muy rápido y la enfermera que me tomó la muestra también súper linda. Además los precios me parecieron buenos comparados con otros lugares y considerando la rapidez.
All the attention was excellent. The lady at the entrance gave me a very attentive turn and clearly indicated everything. The lady at the reception was very friendly and patiently clarified all my doubts. I had good luck and there were no people when I arrived, I passed very quickly and the nurse who took the sample was also super cute. Also, the prices seemed good compared to other places and considering the speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son muy accesibles, la entrega de resultados es eficiente. Lo único que no me gusto es que hice cita a las 12:00 y me realizaron el estudio hasta las 13:30. No me avisaron ni pidieron disculpas por la demora. Fuera de ese aspecto, las instalaciones son buenas ya que cuentan con sanitarios, estacionamiento gratuito y ubicación céntrica.
The prices are very accessible, the delivery of results is efficient. The only thing I didn't like was that I made an appointment at 12:00 and they did the study until 1:30 p.m. They did not notify me or apologize for the delay. Other than that, the facilities are good with restrooms, free parking, and a central location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hice mi prueba apenas el día domingo 16 de enero y me llegó al QR en 2 horas, se equivocaron en uno de mis apellidos pero regrese y sin problema me lo cambiaron. No necesitan cita para la prueba de COVID, solo llegar formarse y pagar y listo super rápido. A parte está casi todo el día, domingo de 8am a 8pm. Costo $250 más IVA, en total fueron $290
Les puse cuatro estrellas porque no contestan los teléfonos, todo es en el local.
I took my test just on Sunday, January 16 and the QR arrived in 2 hours, they made a mistake in one of my last names but I came back and they changed it without any problem. You don't need an appointment for the COVID test, just show up, line up and pay and you're done super fast. A part is almost all day, Sunday from 8am to 8pm. Cost $250 plus VAT, in total it was $290
I gave them four stars because they don't answer the phones, everything is on the premises.
