En IML laboratorio su personal fue muy paciente y amable y le tomaron la muestra a mi hija sin dolor y sin drama. Súper recomendable! My daughter had blood drawn in other laboratories and they stung her several times, left her with a bruise and she cried a lot. Los resultados tampoco los mandan por mail como dicen, y el numero que dan para facturar de la misma forma nunca responden. Deben de mejorar esto, se entiende que en estos dias se ha incrementado el numero de pruebas a realizar, pero no es motivo para no atender a las personas telefonicamente They never answer the phone, at any extension.
