Tiene muchas negativas. Cualquiera puede subír de puesto aunque esa persona no tenga lo necesario para ello, no motivan en el trabajo, a veces no pagan el tiempo extra y no suben las categorías, nunca pagan los días festivos se trabajando como días normales solo mueven los días de descanso a su gusto.
I do not recommend working here.
It has many negatives. Anyone can move up even if that person does not have what it takes for it, they do not motivate at work, sometimes they do not pay overtime and they do not raise the categories, they never pay holidays, working as normal days only move the rest days to your taste.
