La señorita que se encarga de los pedidos online te ignora, cuando se digna a contestar no proporciona información útil y sólo te da largas. Traté de comunicarme por teléfono y simplemente te cuelgan o te dejan esperando. Les recomiendo que si necesitan comprar algo de estas tiendas, lo hagan en las tiendas físicas, nunca en línea. No lo recomiendo y no vuelvo a comprar con ellos.

It can be a bit on the expensive side, but their warranty and quality are completely worth it. I get the impression you only need to ask for a discount to get it but you definitely get life-time discount on parts if you've bought a bike with them.
