★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR LUGAR para mandar hacer algún trabajo de bordado, estampado, rotulación, etc... Hacen el trabajo como ellos quieren y no como el cliente lo pide, además si haces una reclamación se comportan de manera muy déspota y grosera, no aceptan su error y se niegan a repararlo. Cuidado!! Las peores son una VIEJA GORDA que es muy déspota y grosera y OTRA GORDA que es su hija que son las que atienden el negocio. Tengan cuidado con esta clase de gente, si no podrían perder su dinero por trabajos mal hechos.
WORST PLACE to send some embroidery, stamping, labeling, etc ... They do the job as they want and not as the client requests, also if you make a claim they behave in a very despotic and rude way, they do not accept their error and refuse to repair it. Watch out!! The worst are an OLD FAT who is very despotic and rude and ANOTHER FAT who is her daughter who are the ones who take care of the business. Be careful with this kind of people, if they could not lose their money for bad jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, cometen errores y culpan al cliente. Aparte de que no se hacen responsables, solo perderás tiempo y dinero. Mi recomendación es que uses grabadora de sonido para las especificaciones que des sobre tu trabajo, porque después te dirán que tu no se los dijiste. Otra opción es que te apunten en la orden de trabajo todas tus indicaciones y especificaciones para que de su puño y letra no te digan que tu no se los indicaste. Solo perdí, dinero, tiempo y lo más valioso un cliente, pues me atuve a los cuatro días que te piden para entregar el trabajo, que me entregaron mal y por consecuencia quede mal.

I only lost money, time and the most valuable thing a client, because I kept to the four days that they ask you to deliver the work, which was delivered badly and consequently it was badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte de una señora y su hija que están al frente del negocio. No buscan apoyarte en ningún momento con las dudas que traigas ni te harán sentir atendido. Sólo buscan la manera de lavarse las manos con el desorden que viven y te hacen sentir como que te harán un favor en atenderte. Cero servicio y trato al cliente. Se quedaron atrapados en los siglos pasados sin mostrar un compromiso con el cliente.
Terrible customer service from a lady and her daughter who run the business. They do not seek to support you at any time with the doubts you bring or will make you feel cared for. They are just looking for a way to wash their hands with the mess they live in and make you feel like they will do you a favor by taking care of you. Zero service and customer treatment. They got stuck in centuries past without showing a commitment to the customer.
