C	Carlos Eli Escobar Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos unos productos (Shampoo) por medio de whats app, transferimos y enviamos las guias de envio primero con redpack, y como nunca llegaron por el paquete genere otros con Fedex, y fedex rechazo enviarlo por ser quimicos. Bueno, hasta aqui todo bien, pedimos la opción de devolvernos nuestro dinero por que al final no nos daban solución, ni nos recomendaban paqueterias, ni se ofrecieron a llevar el producto a la paqueteria en vez de esperar que lo recogieran, ni nada. Nos comentaron que checarian y nos avisaban. El punto es que paso una semana y me llega un paquete a mi casa por medio del transporte Trasguerras, resulta que los de Impadi nos enviaron nuestro pedido por Tresguerras sin avisarnos ni nada. Nuestro total del pedido que hicimos fue de 550 pesos y el envio que nos cobraron en Tresguerras fue de 635 pesos! osea gastamos mas de envio que de producto.. Bueno, la inconformidad en general es el hecho de no pensar en el cliente y enviarlo como quieran sin informar ni preguntar al cliente, además de en ningun momento sugerir nada, hasta pareciera que somos los primeros que compramos fuera de guadalajara, que hasta podria ser cierto, la verdad no sabemos. Bueno, al final la confianza con la marca la perdi. Our total order that we made was 550 pesos and the shipping that they charged us in Tresguerras was 635 pesos! I mean we spend more on shipping than on product. Well, the general nonconformity is the fact of not thinking about the customer and sending it as they want without informing or asking the customer, in addition to never suggesting anything, it even seems that we are the first to buy outside of Guadalajara, which could even be true, the truth we do not know. Well, in the end the trust with the brand was lost.
