★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibí pésimo servicio nunca vinieron y eso q lo solicité el día anterior y me dijeron q a los camiones se les había acabado el gas 0ara estacionario y la última vez me transfirieron con un chofer q no tenía ni idea del domicilio. Terrible regresaré a mi anterior proveedor. Al principio era buen servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace dos meses que estoy esperando que me manden al "encargado de no se qué" a verificar un tubo que me entregaron y me lo dieron pinchado, resulta que para entregar el tubo pinchado todo bien, ahora para cambiarlo y asumir su error nada. Ahora voy a subir las fotos de los reclamos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo gasera. Me dieron un tanque con fuga y al quererlo cambiar no me lo recibieron. Levanté el reporte al número correspondiente y sólo me dieron largas. Nunca solucionaron nada. Se lavaron las manos. Y no se hicieron responsable como debe ser.
Bad gas. They gave me a leaky tank and when they wanted to change it they did not receive it. I raised the report to the corresponding number and only got long. They never solved anything. They washed their hands. And they were not responsible as they should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que no tengan la capacidad de resolver problemas tan difisil me den solución de un tanque que ustedes me dejaron con pandemia me tuve que ir y ahora resulta que no me lo pueden cambiar por el tiempo ???? Alguien tiene las posibilidades y la capacidad en su empresa para resolver me y enviarme una persona capacitada?? Pesimo servicio en teléfonos en WhatsApp y en mesenguer sigo esperando respuesta acaso existen supervisores??? Si los tienen??? Donde están los dueños????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! tengan cuidado con estos defraudadores, Te cambian tu tanque de gas bueno por uno malo y luego cuando les hablas para volver a rellenarlo no lo aceptan y no se hacen responsables, y así como este comentarios cientos en esta pagina de lo mismo, empresa fraudulenta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Atención a todos! Tube muy mala experiencia, tengo una pizzeria y como siempre checo la cantidad de litros y como siempre me pones de meno, esta vez era un -5% . Reclamé con el supervisor que estaba en el lugar ( che coincidencia) perdí 2 horas para explicar la ficha técnica del tanque de gas porque no sabía interpretarla, hasta llamar la empresa de construcción de tanque de gas ??????? dándome la razón. Increíble esta empresa no es la única, todas las empresas de gas lp en Cancún roban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestro repartidor faltó al trabajo y ahora llegó otro, revisó el tanque y nos explicó que estaba muy dañado, nos preguntó si teníamos la nota para darle solución para bien de ambos, llamo a su supervisor pero mientras lo esperábamos, nos explicaba qué tanques tan dañados ya no los aceptan y que al llegar el supervisor debíamos de enseñar la nota y explicar que es nuestra empresa de confianza.... al llegar el supervisor muy amable nos hizo preguntas y le explicábamos que ya habíamos tenido otro tanque así pero lo cambiamos de inmediato y ahora no nos dimos cuenta , ambos accedieron a cambiarlo, gracias al Señor Pablo y al supervisor por su amabilidad y por darnos solución y hacerse responsable de su empresa .... excelente actitud y muy buen servicio de ambos ... Gracias !!!!

They no longer accept them and that when the supervisor arrived we had to show the note and explain that it is our trustworthy company .... upon arrival the very friendly supervisor asked us questions and we explained that we had already had another tank like that but we changed it. Immediately and now we did not realize it, both agreed to change it, thanks to Mr. Pablo and the supervisor for their kindness and for giving us a solution and taking responsibility for your company .... excellent attitude and very good service from both ... Thank you! !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregan tanques en mal estado y con fuga poniendo en peligro a tu familia y a la sociedad, ¿Qué no son conscientes de la gravedad de este problema? si esto ya ah pasado antes con otros clientes ¿porqué no hacen nada al respecto? ¿porqué se aprovechan de las personas que confiamos en su empresa y en sus trabajadores? No es nuestra culpa que tenga un pésimo servicio, pésima actitud, pésima capacidad para resolver problemas tan simples y pésimo personal (tranza y sin valores) porque lo único que nosotros exigimos es que nos devuelvan el tanque en buen estado como se los entregamos nosotros desde un principio!!!!

If this has happened before with other clients, why don't they do anything about it? Why take advantage of the people we trust in your company and its workers?
