★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el precio era bueno pero terminaron cobrándonos 1600 de más por unos pequeños raspones que estaban en la puerta argumentando que se tenía que pagar la reparación completa cuando al principio nos habían dicho que había otro seguro que cubría las piezas y solo se tenía que pagar el 10% de la pieza dañada que el equivalente sería de 320 pesos, enseñamos el video donde salían los raspones al momento de rentar el vehículo y el señor que lo recibió nos decía que el no veía nada y al final se los pague y guardo el dinero rápido en el cajón, se me hizo raro y volví a contar lo que tenía, le había dado dinero de más y no me dijo nada hasta que me di cuenta y le dije

El trato muy amable, excelente precio, me encantó el carro muy ahorrador de gasolina. Fueron accesibles con el tiempo de entrega, el depósito no es exagerado como en las arrendadoras del aeropuerto. Los recomiendo, volvería a contratar con ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had car rental service from this business multiple times in the last 3 years. Their car availability is on the economic end, no premium cars but all have been reliable and good on customer service from the staff if any issues. I would definitely recommend this business for the friendly service and cheaper prices than the bigger name companies around the airport. They are located less than 2 miles from the Guadalajara airport in a residential area off the main road. If you book service with them in advance they will pickup you up from the airport and bring you to their business as part of your service rental. As a tip I’ve learned it’s best to reach out to them the sooner the better either via phone call or whats app I’ve experienced them having no cars available on some occasions.
