★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realizaron una impermeabilizacion pague el 100% del contrato, y en cuanto empezaron las lluvias salió una gotera llevo 5 semanas reportandolo y no van me contestan el telefono solo cuando marco de un número que no tienen registrado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a la semana de impermeabilizado empezó a gotear se les llamo y la señora que contesta el teléfono sólo pone excusas para que verifiquen su trabajo con que su trabajador se enfermo, que esta lloviendo y no pueden hacer nada, que lo van a mandar a revisar , que de este día no pasa para que vayan el cuento es que no cumplen su palabra y su garantía les vale. Tengan cuidado con esta seudo empresa de impermeabilización pues solo tiraran su dinero a la basura .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé 6 veces desde mi celular y nunca contestaron. Cuando por fin contestan de muuuuuy mala gana "bueno". Y colgaron. Tuve que llamar de un teléfono fijo para que contestaran, igual de mala gana. Fiinalmente no me dieron solución a lo que buscaba.
I called 6 times from my cell phone and they never answered. When they finally reluctantly answer "good". And they hung up. I had to call from a landline for them to answer, just as reluctantly. Finally they did not give me a solution to what I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ese lugar, no atiende los teléfonos para pedir presupuesto. No atienden correo electrónico. No atienden personalmente. Había dos personas afuera con garantías de trabajo de impermeabilización y no los pueden ubicar. Les toca ir a Profeco. Usuarios muy molestos. Cero recomendación!
That place does not answer the phones to ask for a quote. They do not answer email. They do not attend personally. There were two people outside with waterproofing job warranties and they can't locate them. They have to go to Profeco. Very annoying users. Zero recommendation!
