Pregunté cuánto necesitaba para impermeabilizar un área de cierta medida y me dieron el producto que me recomendaron . Cuando fue colocado, sobró la mitad de lo que compre. U está última vez que visite Arva Tlalnepantla. Compre un galón de impermeabilizante., Regrese a las 2 horas y les pedí que si me cambiaban la presentación. En lugar de llevarme el galón, quería la cubeta. A lo cual indicaron que lo era posible y tuve que quedarme con el galón y comprar la cubeta. El chico que atiende, muy molesto, que siempre están en inventario. Etc.

Instead of taking the gallon, I wanted the bucket. To which they indicated that it was possible and I had to keep the gallon and buy the bucket. The guy who attends, very annoying, that they are always in inventory. Etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente le puse 5 estrellas porque atendían muy bien, hoy fui a comprar y la atención ya no es la misma, cambiaron al personal y no es lo mismo. Ojalá no tuvieran tanta rotación porque no todos atienden de la misma forma, ahora probaré con otras sucursales porque aquí ya no me gustó.
Previously I gave it 5 stars because they served very well, today I went to buy and the service is no longer the same, they changed the staff and it is not the same. I wish they didn't have so much rotation because not everyone serves the same way, now I'll try other branches because I didn't like it here anymore.
