★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedo hacer dos reseñas, la primera llena de molestia por no haber facturado casi $20,000 de materiales y el personal que es absolutamente responsable y capaz, pues en una natural reacción ponen la responsabilidad en el cliente. La segunda donde no solo solucionaron de manera eficiente para que no se perdiera la posibilidad de deducir ese IMPORTANTE monto, sino que hicieron los movimientos contables que ameritaba el caso.
Termine ofreciendo una sincera disculpa por mi enojo desmesurado...claro que $20,000 no es poca cosa...
Su material es de excepcional calidad y si va acompañado de servicio al cliente es todavía mejor, me quedaría solo pendiente que pudieran entregar a domicilio con el peso y el volumen de lo que venden.
No solo por pandemia sino naturalmente.

Their material is of exceptional quality and if it is accompanied by customer service it is even better, I would only be aware that they could deliver at home with the weight and volume of what they sell.
