S	Saray Delgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son amables y atienden muy bien los trámites pero el estacionamiento como es de cintermex es demasiado caro para el poco tiempo que está uno para ir a dejar documentos al IMPI. They are friendly and take care of the paperwork very well, but parking, as it is in Cintermex, is too expensive for the short time one has to leave documents at the IMPI.

M	Mayra Cisneros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Súper agradecida! Como buena nómada moderna he tenido la oportunidad de acudir a las oficinas en Xochimilco en CDMX y en Cintermex en Monterrey. Esta experiencia en Monterrey fue muy buena. Estoy a mitad de mudanza entonces no tenía toda la información de mis expedientes a la mano pero me ayudó a encontrarlos, así como a corroborar que los trámites estén en tiempo, además de la información para dar seguimiento en línea. Reitero, ¡súper agradecida! Como nota, actualmente todos los trámites se pueden hacer en línea, de hecho es más económico. Les recomiendo revisar y sacar cita para asesorías personalizadas en línea, y tomar las capacitaciones antes de iniciar el trámite. Si vienen en persona, la oficina está en el primer piso (suben un nivel) de la entrada principal. Por COVID, la entrada actual es otra, ya adentro busquen la entrada principal, suban un nivel, y ahí está. ¡Gracias! Super grateful! As a good modern nomad, I have had the opportunity to go to the offices in Xochimilco in CDMX and Cintermex in Monterrey. This experience in Monterrey was very good. I repeat, super grateful! As a note, currently all procedures can be done online, in fact it is cheaper. I recommend you review and make an appointment for personalized online advice, and take the training before starting the process. If you come in person, the office is on the first floor (they go up one level) from the main entrance. Due to COVID, the current entrance is another, once inside, look for the main entrance, go up one level, and there it is. Thanks!
