★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO!!!!!!!!!!!! Hice mi pedido y no he recibido nada!!! Como “no estaban en stock” según lo que dicen, se suponía que tardaban 3 meses en llegar. Mi fecha era para mediados de septiembre y no me pudieron avisar ni por mail, que no les había llegado según esto, el contenedor. Ya van más de 5 semanas que me llevan diciendo que la próxima semana llega y no me ha llegado NADA!!! Estoy sumamente enojada y espero una respuesta CON FECHA de cuando llegan a mi casa mis muebles!!! Estoy leyendo los reviews y no quiero pensar que es un fraude porque hice un pedido grande con ustedes y no tengo ninguna respuesta en concreto! Y por supuesto que hicieron ya el cobro hace más de 3 meses. No tienen UN GRAMO de seriedad.
APPALLING!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed my order and I have not received anything !!! As they were "not in stock" according to what they say, it was supposed to take 3 months to arrive. My date was for mid-September and they could not notify me by email, that according to this, the container had not arrived. It has been more than 5 weeks that they have been telling me that next week comes and NOTHING has arrived! I am extremely angry and I am waiting for an answer WITH A DATE when my furniture arrives at my house !!! I am reading the reviews and I do not want to think that it is a fraud because I made a large order with you and I do not have any specific answer! And of course they already made the payment more than 3 months ago. They are not ONE GRAM serious.

Había pagado por adelantado y estaba nerviosa por mi pedido, pero éste llegó al otro día de qué ordené la.compra. No tengan pendiente de comprar, las cosas van a llegar. El servicio es rápido y económico. Eso sí, los muebles no son extremadamente resistentes, pero son bonitos y de buen precio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot comment to the furniture quality. Unfortunately my order (placed 6 months ago) was delayed due to Covid.
The return process has been very very difficult, and I was beginning to believe that something bad was happening. However, the manager of the returns department personally contacted me to ensure me that they were working toward my return.
I have yet to receive it, and it is taking time. Yet, it is a time that is difficult for all. I will update my review upon receiving my money.
