El personal me dijo que llevaría una hora cambiar el producto y no me quisieron realizar el cambio por burocracia o por flojera, ya sea por otro producto u otra lámparaque no cambiará de color. Es una lástima que no tengan la atención al cliente, siendo que compro seguido. CERO amabilidad y atención en ese aspecto.
I bought a salt lamp, I had already paid for it and they told me they would try it at the end, however I wanted to change it, since I did not like that it changed colors on. The staff told me that it would take an hour to change the product and they did not want to make the change due to bureaucracy or laziness, either for another product or another lamp that will not change color. It is a pity that they do not have customer service, since I buy often. ZERO kindness and attention in that regard.
