Es importantísimo que un buen producto se valide con un excelente servicio y eso es algo que carecen totalmente. Mucha soberbia, poca humildad, tratos arrogantes, dejan mucho que desear. No lo recomiendo, para nada, hay muchos lugares muy buenos en Culiacán donde si se preocupan por el cliente. ¡NO VAYAN, IT’S A TRAP! Depressing enough the deal, I will not talk about their products. J	Javier Cazarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de maquila e impresión pero pésimo servicio desde que te ponen a trabajar en lo que ellos se supone que tienen que hacer y cuando de confianza se trata no hay que esperar mucho de ellos porque en cualquier momento cometen un error, te echan a ti la culpa por dicho error y te mandan a volar cuando vuelves a pedirles impresiones. Sobre todo el dueño o encargado, no sé que sea porque de dueño ni encargado no tiene nada ya que corre a sus propios clientes. Piensenla dos veces antes de ir con ellos, saludos! El trabajo del marco en el suaje y las calcas te lo dejan a ti y si les tienes mucha lealtad cuidado, porqué en cualquier momento te dicen: "a ti ya no te trabajo, prefiero perder un cliente que batallar contigo". Si buscas un trabajo bien hecho, rápido y de buena calidad te recomiendo esta imprenta pero si buscas lealtad, amabilidad y sobre todo respeto sigue buscando otra.
