★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les llamé por que me urgía ponerme en contacto con un agente de ventas que me cotizara un pedido de libro, nunca se reportaron, nunca me dieron atención. Los descarté como proveedores. Quizás solo les interese servir a grandes empresas y no a pequeñas editoriales.
I called them because I was urgent to contact a sales agent to quote me a book order, they never reported, they never gave me attention. I discarded them as providers. Perhaps they are only interested in serving large companies and not small publishers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima atención, no dan seguimiento a los pedidos, si se equivocan ya no contestan llamadas ni correos, no aceptan retroalimentación, estos son unos blocks de notas mal impresos, cero recomendables.
Bad service, bad attention, they do not follow up on orders, if they are wrong they do not answer calls or emails, they do not accept feedback, these are some poorly printed, zero recommended note blocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención envié correos, nadie me contestó , marqué varias veces y en dos ocasiones me dijeron que no había nadie que estaban comiendo todo el personal, están en oficina hasta las 5pm, cuando aquí dice hasta las 6:30pm, la persona que contestó textualmente me dijo “Si ocupa cotizar llame a primera hora” cuando le dije que tenía toda la semana esperando una cotización y que me ha sido muy complicado tener seguimiento. No pierdas tu dinero ni tiempo en esta empresa existen mejor imprentas de calidad y con mucha mejor atención en Monterrey.
I sent emails, no one answered me, I dialed several times and on two occasions they told me that there was no one that all the staff were eating, they are in the office until 5pm, when here it says until 6:30 pm, the person who answered verbatim He told me “If you need to quote, call first thing” when I told him that I had been waiting for a quote all week and that it has been very difficult for me to follow up. Do not waste your money or time in this company, there are better quality printers with much better service in Monterrey.
