★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato al cliente. Lo tratan a uno como si no supiera de lo que está hablando. Además de mala gana. Cualquier otra imprenta te saca la chamba sin tanto rollo.
Lousy customer treatment. They treat you as if you don't know what you are talking about. Besides reluctantly. Any other printing press takes you out of the job without so much trouble.

1. Brindó un precio promedio y accesible para el trabajo que requería. Ya que había cotizado en otros lugares ,y estaban muy elevados los precios.
2. Los recibos impresos y foliados, que solicite...los entrego en tiempo y forma.
3. El señor a aclaro mis dudas y me indico los requerimientos que se necesitaban para el trabajo.
Puntos negativos:
1. No están al pendiente del correo electrónico o se tardan en responder el teléfono. Nota: vayan directamente al local.
Positive points:
1. Provided an affordable, average price for the job you required. Since it had been listed in other places, and the prices were very high.
2. The printed and foliated receipts that you request ... I deliver them in a timely manner.
3. The man clarified my doubts and told me the requirements that were needed for the job.
Bad points:
1. They are not listening to email or are slow to answer the phone. Note: go directly to the premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente servicio, muy profesionales y eficientes. El libro que mandé a hacer superó mis expectativas. Además que los precios son súper accesibles y competitivos. Me atrevería a decir que es la mejor de Morelos y hasta más barata que en la Ciudad de México, ya que tengo amigoses rotores de ahí que la prefieren que las de allá. Altamente recomendable. 6 estrellas!!!
It is an excellent service, very professional and efficient. The book I had produced exceeded my expectations. In addition, the prices are super accessible and competitive. I would dare to say that it is the best in Morelos and even cheaper than in Mexico City, since I have friends there who prefer rotors than those from there. Highly recommended. 6 stars !!!
