Bad experience, the delivery was not done in a timely manner. Print quality was not very good. I would opt for another option before this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No atienden. No tienen existencias. Te quedan mal en la fecha de entrega. No contestan los teléfonos. NO LO RECOMIENDO PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE UNA JOVENCITA ENCARGADA DE 17 AÑOS.
They do not attend. They have no stock. They look bad on the delivery date. Phones are not answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOVY SERVICE FROM A YOUNG WOMAN IN CHARGE OF 17 YEARS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte de mala calidad, siempre te quedan mal con la fecha de entrega! el servicio al cliente es pésimo jamás!!!! Vuelvo a regresar parece que te regalan el trabajo.
Apart from poor quality, they always look bad with the delivery date! customer service is lousy ever !!!! I come back again it seems that they give you the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido la oportunidad de contratar este tipo de servicios antes y ninguno me había decepcionado tanto como ésta imprenta. El trato al cliente es pésimo a tal grado que si se retrasan te echan la culpa o te alzan la voz, no hay compromiso en cuanto al tiempo, los diseños que llegas a pedir "te los igualan" más no te aseguran que quedarán como los quieres, por lo tanto la calidad del producto final es malo. NO te lo recomiendo para nada, es de las peores experiencias que he tenido para algún servicio. Como un punto adicional la persona que te atiende por whatsapp y en mostrador son diferentes pero afecta ya que no se comunican diciéndote a ti una cosa diferente cada vez.
I have had the opportunity to hire this type of services before and none had disappointed me as much as this printing press. The treatment to the client is lousy to such a degree that if they are late they blame you or raise your voice, there is no commitment as to the time, the designs you get to ask for “they match them” but they do not assure you that they will remain as you want, therefore the quality of the final product is bad. I do NOT recommend it at all, it is one of the worst experiences I have had for any service. As an additional point the person who attends you by whatsapp and at the counter are different but it affects since they do not communicate telling you a different thing every time.
