★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acabo de llamar para preguntar por los servicios y la persona se dirigió de forma muy irrespetuosa, tenía dudas sobre la forma en cómo debería enviar el formato y me habló de forma altanera. Tenía razón un comentario de aquí abajo, les falta mucho en servicio al cliente.
La persona que me atendió me dijo "A ver AMIGA para empezar esos se llaman marbetes" no creo que esa sea la forma para dirigirse a un cliente que apenas los va a conocer, hay formas más respetuosas de hacer sugerencias.
Terrible service, I just called to ask about services and the person was very disrespectful, had doubts about how I should send the form and spoke haughtily to me. A comment below was right, they lack a lot in customer service.
The person who attended me told me "Let's see AMIGA to start, those are called labels" I do not think that is the way to address a client who is just going to know them, there are more respectful ways to make suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré unas tarjetas de presentación y la calidad de la impresión no fue buena. Al preguntar el porqué parece ser que fue porque elegí un diseño propio y el archivo que envié no era tipo vector.
Mi desconento es debido a que nunca se me advirtió que tenía que ser un archivo tipo vector ni que la calidad podría verse afectada. De haber sabido se lo hubiera pedido al diseñador.
I bought some business cards and the print quality was not good. When asking why it seems that it was because I chose my own design and the file I sent was not a vector type.
My disconnection is due to the fact that I was never warned that it had to be a vector file or that the quality could be affected. If I had known I would have asked the designer.
