★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comunicación es muy difícil, porque tienen división de acrílico transparente en el mostrador y está bien lejos la señorita, no se escucha bien, ya de por sí en la calle pasan carros y el ruido dificulta la comunicación, la señorita no me entendió las medidas y yo tampoco le alcanzaba a escuchar como para darme cuenta, yo necesitaba una impresión en doble carta con un diseño que ya estaba en el tamaño correcto y que ya me habían impreso antes, al final me terminaron imprimiendo con ajuste de tamaño y en unas hojas de un tamaño muy diferente, más grandes y más caras, pero lo deje así para no discutir, tenía prisa y ya estaba pagado, necesitaba engrapar mis impresiones para doblarlas y convertirlas en un tipo revista y no tienen ese servicio de engrapado, yo no disponía de efectivo por lo que necesitaba pagar con tarjeta débito y no tienen terminal, terminé pagando en un negocio de al lado que nos hizo el favor pero con comisión extra, sinceramente necesitan mejorar muchas cosas.

And I couldn't hear him either to realize, I needed a double letter print with a design that was already in the correct size and that they had already printed on me before, in the end they ended up printing me with size adjustment and on some sheets of a very different size, bigger and more expensive, but I left it like that so as not to argue, I was in a hurry and I was already paid for, I needed to staple my prints to fold them into a magazine type and they don't have that stapling service, I didn't have of cash so I needed to pay with a debit card and they don't have a terminal, I ended up paying in a business next door that did us a favor but with extra commission, they honestly need to improve a lot of things.
