★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron el trabajo en tiempo a pesar de ser un trabajo urgente, la persona que me recibió el trabajo muy amable y se ve que tienen mucha experiencia y tiempo en el trabajo que realizan. Sólo hubo una confusión con el archivo que envíe y no se aplicaron las últimas modificaciones pero la señora que me atendió muy amable me dijo que iban a trabajar con calma el archivo para que ya no volviera a pasar. Lo que no me gustó fue que el señor que me entregó el trabajo me dijo que el archivo que yo había enviado no tenía las las modificaciones que yo decía, lo cual no me pareció porque no era verdad y me trató de mentirosa. Se que hubo cambios de último momento que podían no aplicarse, pero de ahí a que haya enviado el archivo mal hay una gran diferencia ya que lo confirmé en mi correo y los cambios que les había dicho sí estaban en el archivo que envié.
They delivered the work to me on time despite being an urgent job, the person who received the work was very kind and it is seen that they have a lot of experience and time in the work they do. There was only a confusion with the file that I sent and the last modifications were not applied but the lady who attended me very kindly told me that they would calmly work on the file so that it would not happen again. What I did not like was that the man who gave me the work told me that the file I had sent did not have the modifications that I said, which I did not think because it was not true and he treated me as a liar. I know there were last minute changes that could not be applied, but from there to the fact that I sent the wrong file there is a big difference since I confirmed it in my email and the changes that I had told you were in the file that I sent.
