★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya he acudido en varias ocasiones y la verdad en más de dos me han cobrado de más, he notado que hay gente que se da cuenta al momento y les reclama en mi caso me doy cuenta hasta que llegó a casa no los recomiendo para sacar varias copias ya que entre más sacas más te roban en el precio yo pagué 149 y al hacer la cuenta debí pagar 87 pesos.

Los contacté por teléfono y no supieron hacerme una cotización, los contacté vía whatsapp y me dieron a entender que tenía que ir a la sucursal (cosa que ya había echo antes por su puesto), tambien les dejé mensaje por facebook y tardaron una semana en contestarme y para el trabajo muy simple que fue un portaretrato, ni fue como al principio lo había solicitado, me dijeron que en 1 día lo tenian, al preguntar por el me dijeron que aún estaba en diseño y que me avisaban en cuanto ya lo tuvieran, cosa que no pasó así y tuve que ir directo hasta la sucursal para que me lo pudieran entregar.
Espero el dueño pueda ver que la atención que recibimos y pueda mejorarla y digo recibimos porque incluso ese día que acudí a recoger mi trabajo había más clientes y el trato hacia una chica no fue el más correcto. Como negocio puede ser mucho mejor, siempre y cuando se mejore la atención y que los vendedores estén más al pendiente de los canales de comunicación a distancia.
Terrible service. I contacted them by phone and they did not know how to make me a quote, I contacted them via whatsapp and they gave me to understand that I had to go to the branch (which I had already done before of course), I also left them a message on Facebook and it took a week to Answer me and for the very simple work that was a portrait frame, it was not like at the beginning I had requested it, they told me that in 1 day they had it, when I asked for it they told me that it was still in design and that they would let me know as soon as they had it , which did not happen and I had to go directly to the branch so that they could deliver it to me.
I hope the owner can see that the attention we receive and can improve it and I say we received because even that day that I went to pick up my work there were more clients and the treatment of a girl was not the most correct. As a business it can be much better, as long as service is improved and sellers are more aware of distance communication channels.
