He impreso en otros lados y luego no tienen suficiente tinta o son acabados malos, acá no pasa, además el personal es muy amable. Pueden pedir cotizaciones vía WhatsApp o correo. Tienen impresión digital en diversos materiales y corte.

Justamente una cliente antes de mí en la fila, está esperando su pedido, pagado desde el viernes y ya es miércoles.
Deberían de hacer algo con su personal.
They continue to look bad in delivery times. I am not the only one having that bad experience.
Just a customer before me in line, is waiting for her order, paid since Friday and it is already Wednesday.
They should do something with their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trabajo es de buena calidad, sin embargo la atención de uno de los chicos fe mostrador es fue muy mala. Me contestaba de mala gana, irónica y parecía que no le agradaba tanto quedarse tarde a trabajar. Lo comprendo pero no lo comparto, el cliente no tiene la culpa.
The work is of good quality, however the attention of one of the guys at the desk was very bad. He answered me grudgingly, ironic, and seemed not so fond of staying late for work. I understand it but do not share it, the client is not to blame.

Los trabajos de corte de vinil a registro o impresión tienen un tiempo de realización de 24hrs cuando no tienen mucha carga de trabajo.
Cobran una lana extra por hacerte un diseño o modificación en tu archivo pero son aproximadamente 100$ .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es pésima, dice que abren a las 8:00 am pero realmente es a las 9:00 am.
Desde las 9 que abrieron les di un trabajo a imprimir y la atencion es pésima, te ignoran totalmente y no tienen interes en ayudarte dijeron que la impresión quedaba a las 3:00pm y te dan un whatsapp para corroborar, pero lo ignoran. Llegue a las 3 y resulta que me mandaron a las 6pm por que la chica se confundió y a pesar de que les corrobore que pasaba a las 3, nadie se hace responsable. Por favor les urge atención al cliente.
The customer service is terrible, it says that they open at 8:00 am but it really is at 9:00 am.
From 9 o'clock they opened I gave them a job to print and the attention is terrible, they totally ignore you and have no interest in helping you they said that the printing was left at 3:00 pm and they give you a whatsapp to corroborate, but they ignore it. I arrived at 3 and it turns out that they sent me at 6pm because the girl was confused and despite the fact that I confirmed that it happened at 3, no one is responsible. Please urgent customer service.
