★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVICIO DEPLORABLE. Nos atendió Diana Romero de una manera muy poco profesional. Le prestamos una muestra que nunca nos regresó y su producto tenía muy mala calidad. Ni siquiera contestaba mensajes y el teléfono, teníamos que marcarle de números desconocidos para que nos diera respuesta y jamás nos dio solución. NO RECOMENDADO.
AWFUL SERVICE. Diana Romero attended us in a very unprofessional way. We lent him a sample that he never returned to us and his product was of very poor quality. He didn't even answer messages and the phone, we had to dial unknown numbers for him to give us an answer and he never gave us a solution. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Nos atendió una vendedora que se llama Diana, nos dejo plantadas el día de la entrega acordada... no nos regresó la muestra que nosotros le prestamos. Nos dejo de contestar por días el celular. La muestra que nos mandaron está HORRIBLE! de pésima calidad el pegado, el papel está todo manchado... La verdad es que nosotros los habíamos considerado porque alguien de L'oreal nos recomendó con ellos pero qué triste decepción. ¡NO LOS RECOMIENDO!
Terrible experience in every way. We were attended by a saleswoman named Diana, she stood us up the day of the agreed delivery... she did not return the sample that we lent her. He stopped answering our cell phone for days. The sample they sent us is HORRIBLE! The gluing is of poor quality, the paper is all stained... The truth is that we had considered them because someone from L'oreal recommended them to us, but what a sad disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
