It is worth mentioning that I already had what I had because of the code that they put on the same Epson page and they had already charged me 150 pesos for telling me what I had. The next day I call and ask for the full service that they offered me for 700 pesos, and they tell me to call in two days. When calling 2 days later, the attention is bad, they laugh at your doubts, and they end up telling me that they would have it ready 2 months later since they did not have the material, but that they were not going to charge me for storage (they had yet to charge me ) the fact is that I told them that I was taking the material to them and I had to go to another Epson branch to get the pads that cost me 500 pesos, and when they took them away it turned out that they were barely going to clean the 150 pesos that they had charged me in a started. It was almost full ink and it is already at the minimum, they did not return the power cable and to top it off they open and close at a different time than the one published on the Internet. I hope that now if the printer works. I do not recommend the attention in technology plaza, a place certified by Epson.

Very good service and attention, you also receive useful advice from the equipment of the brand that you have taken for maintenance, service or repair.

It is a terrible service, as they delivered my equipment to me at 12hrs I have already been 40 min and I keep waiting, they do not respect the guarantee, I do not recommend at all! As they were going to call me to give a diagnosis and they never dialed, and for the repair it took 1 month.

Bad service, they take a long time to repair, although the printer had full ink, they asked me for more ink saying that they have to remove all of it, you bring the new ink, that ink is good for two refills and they gave me less than a quarter of the leftover ink of ink, in my opinion they stole ink from me, personally if I get stuck in requesting a new service, I don't take it there, even if I go further, it took me two months in January to give me the printer.

Do not go!!! Pure waste of time. You speak previously and they give you reports and prices of their services. You arrive and there is no one attending because the manager is sitting in the park opposite. He approaches you and tells you that the pure review takes 8 days, obviously with a cost. Very good service. The truth is that the opinions of the other epson service centers helped me a lot and this one in particular had good comments. We went to the establishment, the treatment was very fast and the boy was friendly, and it did not take long for them to give us an answer and for the employer to be there.

My experience has been very bad, from telephone service, technicians and administrative staff. Even though we have been working with them for several years this time. I have had my printer repaired for 3 months, they were given a deposit as indicated, to date I do not have a printer (and they agreed to return without repairing) we go for it and they never have it assembled and neither does the REFUND of the payment. they never have an answer.

I do not recommend this place to fix equipment. I came to this place by recommendation and closed my eyes I left my equipment. First they gave me the diagnosis and the price was too high, a few weeks later they spoke to give me another repair cost. Later I decided to fix my equipment, when I spoke they told me that they only had the first cost. When I picked it up, it was delivered without the ink cap, it's the first thing I saw. That gives me to understand that they were able to remove internal parts of my printer. I do not recommend this place at all!!!
