★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje 2 impresoras un sabado, me cobraron 150 x cada una diciendo que para el lunes quedaban, quedaron en hablar y no hablaron, fui al sig. Sabado y me dijeron que aun no llegaban las piezas que para el próximo lunes o martes quedaban, regrese hasta el otro sábado y resulta que las impresoras seguian igual sin repararse.
Mas de 2 semanas sin recibir ninguna llamada de diagnóstico.
El diagnóstico fue lo mismo que yo les dije desde el principio, Asi que aun que se supone que si reparan, yo no los recomiendo.
I left 2 printers on a Saturday, they charged me 150 x each saying that by Monday they remained, they agreed to speak and did not speak, I went to the sig. Saturday and they told me that the pieces that were left for next Monday or Tuesday had not yet arrived, I returned until the other Saturday and it turns out that the printers were still the same without repairing.
More than 2 weeks without receiving any diagnostic calls.
The diagnosis was the same as I told them from the beginning, so even though they are supposed to repair, I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para que les hago el cuento largo, deje 2 impresoras, les comenté venía de.otro lugar malo nada profesional y me cobraron 300 de entrada para revisión a una ni la revisaron o y la.otra de sublimado nomás no pudieron y me.cobraron otros 200 y venía cochina según la.limpiaron etc... Nada profesional que lastima me.la.habian recomendado pero que mal yo no recomiendo.
To make a long story short, I left 2 printers, I told them I was coming from another bad place, nothing professional, and they charged me 300 to check one of them, they didn't even review it, and the other one of sublimated they just couldn't and they charged me another 200. And it came filthy according to the.clean etc ... Nothing professional that hurts me.la.habian recommended but to bad I do not recommend.

Deje la impresora para diagnóstico, quedaron en hablar y nunca lo hicieron, me tenía que reportar y cada día decían diagnósticos diferentes. Después de 5 días me dicen que no tiene solución y que ellos me ofrecen una impresora mejor.
Terrible service.
I left the printer for diagnosis, they agreed to talk and never did, I had to report and every day they said different diagnoses. After 5 days they tell me that they have no solution and that they offer me a better printer.
