El pedido lo entregan incompleto, con semanas de retraso y con los datos incorrectos. La entrega la realizan en un local en frente de donde haces tu pedido (le llaman el taller). La señora que entrega es muy grosera, pierde los comprobantes de pago y exige que le den mas dinero. Cero recomendado!! Igual voy a proceder a demandar, espero que la Profeco tome cartas en el asunto y no permita que estos tipejos sigan haciendo de las suyas. Ese día le comentamos que si podíamos dejar un anticipo y contestaron que si y que estarían listos para el viernes. También nos comentaron que nos hablarían para el diseño y nunca recibimos la llamada Cuando fuimos a "recogerlos" nos comentaron que no estaban listos por qué no se habían liquidado y que no podían trabajar si no estaban liquidados. Por lo cual tuvimos que liquidar y quedaron que nos lo entregaban después Cuando regresamos a recogerlos nos mencionaron que nos había del tarro que nosotros habíamos pedido (según ellos económicos) y que solo había materia más caro por lo cual nos cobran una diferencia por cada uno. Nosotros no estábamos de acuerdo y se les pidió nuestro dinero pero se negaron a regresarlo Por lo cual tuvimos que pagar la diferencia y supuestamente nos dieron nueva fecha para la entrega, en la cuál regresamos y nuevamente no estuvieron por cuestiones según ellos de que no había material En la siguiente ocasión llegamos y si estaban listos pero la fecha de nuestro evento estaba mal y fue error de ellos, además de que no nos estaban dando la caja de acetato con la cuál ellos nos habían dicho desde un principio y nos mencionaron que esa tenía un costo aparte Para ya no regresar no llevamos los termos sin percatarnos que nos habían dado de dos tarros diferentes, el cuál obviamente se ve de baja calidad Son mentirosos, no te hablan con la verdad, te hacen ir michas veces y los precios nos los respetan Do not buy in the parking lot When you arrive for the first time, they speak to you super friendly and offer you a product at a price, which is cheap, unlike the other places.
