★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio y calidad de impresión, ya es la tercera ocasión que voy y la chica que atiende el lugar no sabe imprimir si le llevas archivos jpg. Además nos cobraron las impresiones que ella sacó mal, manejo de cambio de tamaño a tabloide por que decía que eran carta los archivos que le pedimos un archivo en cada ojo tamaño tabloide. Al caso es que nos dieron 2 impresiones que no pedimos, nos faltaron archivos por imprimir a pesar de que se le dijo que todos los que venían en la carpeta 2 veces tamaño tabloide. Y para terminar la máquina descalabrada salió mal la impresión. Y no habrán todo el horario que está marcado en el local, pues trate de ir a imprimir los archivos que faltaron y reclamar las impresiones que estaban muy mal y ya habían cerrado. Fui a imprimir el resto al Office Depot de pueblo serena y se notó muchísimo lo mal que están calibrada la máquina. Y todo por mandar a una persona que no sabe de impresiones yo soy diseñador gráfico. No vale la pena seguiré hiendo al centro de la cuidad o a Office Depot.

And to finish the broken machine the printing went wrong. And there will not be all the hours that are marked in the premises, so try to go to print the missing files and claim the prints that were very bad and had already closed. I went to print the rest at the Office Depot in serena town and it was very noticeable how badly the machine is calibrated. And all to send to a person who does not know about prints I am a graphic designer. It's not worth it. I'll keep going downtown or Office Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Un lugar de impresiones que ni siquiera puede imprimir 2 imágenes por hoja. Sí podrían hacerlo, pero como tienen que moverlo manualmente (no cuentan con otro programa a pesar de ser una imprenta) te cobran 35 pesos por imagen que van a acomodar en un power point (sí, un PowerPoint). Pudiendo seleccionar imágenes e imprimir varias por página.. Llevé PDF, SVG, JPG, PNG y con cualquiera era un show (ojo imágenes equis una tarjeta a color).
Si van a imprimir un documento sin chiste blanco y negro, puede que los atiendan. Si no.. ni lo intenten.
Terrible service. A printing place that can't even print 2 images per sheet. Yes they could do it, but since they have to move it manually (they don't have another program despite being a printing company) they charge you 35 pesos per image that they will accommodate in a power point (yes, a PowerPoint). Being able to select images and print several per page. I took PDF, SVG, JPG, PNG and with anyone it was a show (eye images or a color card).
If they are going to print a no-joke black and white document, they may be catered for. If not ... don't even try.
