Al iniciar mis sesiones, tuve varias entrevistas y ejercicios que le ayudaron a mi psicóloga a diagnosticarme correctamente y a partir de ahí comenzamos con sesiones semanales para empezar a trabajar y descubrir herramientas que me ayudarían en el día a día a sobrellevar, manejar y controlar mis emociones y pensamientos. Conforme avanzaba en mi proceso, nos vimos en sesiones más espaciadas y finalmente me dieron de alta. Puedo decir que hay un antes y después en mi vida desde el primer día que visité este centro. Desde la primer sesión, sentí que había luz al final del túnel, y eso me motivó a seguir asistiendo a cada sesión. Le agradezco infinito a la psicóloga Cynthia por su apoyo y trabajo, porque gracias a su acompañamiento he podido salir adelante y aceptarme. Recién acabo de terminar la terapia y puedo asegurar que me sentí demasiado cómoda al hablarle a mi psicóloga de mis problemas...te ayudan bastante y te dan consejos de vida que son sumamente increíbles y bonitos aplicarlos... Claro que como todo comienzo es difícil pero con el tiempo te vas acostumbrando y te vas dando cuenta de ciertas cosas que no conocías o que simplemente te cierras a ver lo que si es real... Ahora que salí de terapia puedo decir que me siento mucho mejor, a como estaba antes; soy otra persona más sana tanto sicológicamente como físicamente...
