★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente...comenzando por el guardia que es de lo más grosero que conozco. Igualmente en cajas. Es un negocio que tiene el potencial de hacer bien las cosas y ser los mejores, pero su servicio a cliente es lo que los hace la última opción.
Terrible customer service ... starting with the guard who is the most rude I know. Also in boxes. It is a business that has the potential to do things well and be the best, but their customer service is what makes them the last option.

Te hacen pagar por adelantado y ya que facturan y te mandan el pedido y te das cuenta que falta y hablas para preguntar qué onda sinicamente te dicen AH ES QUE NO LO TENEMOS PERO LLEGA EN UNA SEMANA. Qué poca seriedad. Lucia Maldonado parece que le corre atole por las venas.

They make you pay in advance and since they invoice and send you the order and you realize that it is missing and you speak to ask what wave only they tell you AH IS THAT WE DO NOT HAVE IT BUT IT ARRIVES IN A WEEK.
