Pésimo servicio, no atienden por teléfono y en persona te atienden de muy mala gana, quizás una reforma les ayude a pensar en valorar el Trabajo que tiene y deben desempeñar.
Terrible service, they do not answer by phone and in person they take care of you very reluctantly, perhaps a reform will help them to think about valuing the Work you have and must perform.

Pésima organización en Prestaciones Económicas. En plena pandemia tiene que formarse uno desde las 5 am con mucha gente, todos amontonados para alcanzar a que te atiendan y se supone que abren a las 8 am y van pasando a la gente hasta casi las 9 am. Las personas que atienden en ventanilla son irrespetuosas y si no les parece algo que dices, te ignoran, como si fuéramos por gusto a hacer esos trámites. También cada persona te dice cosas distintas, van 4 veces que voy con mi mamá para tramitar su pensión y cada vez, nos ha atendido alguien diferente y siempre salen con que falta algo o algo está mal cuando la persona que nos revisó antes dijo que estaba bien. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PÉSIMA ORGANIZACIÓN, PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN.
Terrible organization in Economic Benefits. In the middle of a pandemic, one has to form from 5 am with many people, all crowded together to reach out to be attended to and they are supposed to open at 8 am and pass people by until almost 9 am. The people who serve at the window are disrespectful and if something you say doesn't seem right to them, they ignore you, as if we were just going to do those procedures. Each person also tells you different things, they go 4 times that I go with my mother to process her pension and each time, someone different has assisted us and they always come up with something missing or something wrong when the person who reviewed us earlier said it was well. POOR SERVICE, POOR ORGANIZATION, POOR ATTENTION.

Mi esposa llego el día de hoy llorando a la casa por el trato que le dio la Doctora Deybi Gomez Damas, se burlo de ella al enterarse que iba para preguntar como poder asistir al psicólogo, cosa totalmente inaceptable, lo que menos necesita una persona es que la juzguen o critiquen, un asco su atención, doctora incompetente y grosera
My wife came home today crying because of the treatment that Dr. Deybi Gomez Damas gave her, she made fun of her when she found out that she was going to ask how to attend the psychologist, something totally unacceptable, the least thing a person needs is that they judge or criticize her, her attention is disgusting, incompetent and rude doctor

El peor servicio de todo es el del consultorio #3, la "doctora" Deybi Gómez Damas no conoce el tacto mucho menos el respeto, si no tienen vocación no deberían estar como servidores públicos, no se les olvide que uno como derechohabiente merecemos un trato digno, dejen su mal humor en sus respectivas casas y de su flamante asistente ni que decir, pésimas y nefastas personas las dos, en fin, aquí se hace aquí se paga. Les pongo una estrella solamente porque no se permite poner cero.
The worst service of all is that of the office #3, the "doctor" Deybi Gómez Damas does not know tact much less respect, if they do not have a vocation they should not be as public servants, do not forget that one as a beneficiary deserves treatment worthy, leave your bad mood in your respective homes and your brand new assistant needless to say, lousy and disastrous people both, anyway, here you do it here you pay. I only give them one star because zero is not allowed.

Llegué por la mañana a urgencias porque no podía respirar... Me negaron la atención y me mandaron a formar para la prueba del COVID, tarde toda la mañana y a las 2 me dicen que ya no hay fichas , regreso a urgencias y me dicen que vuelva mañana, hablo con el.coordinador y me dice exactamente lo mismo, entonces como hago esperar a mi crisis de Asma hasta el día de mañana?... Sin contar lo.groseros y déspotas que soy la mayoría de los trabajadores ...
I arrived at the emergency room in the morning because I couldn't breathe... They denied me care and they sent me to line up for the COVID test, late all morning and at 2 o'clock they tell me that there are no more records, I go back to the emergency room and they tell me that I come back tomorrow, I talk to the coordinator and he tells me exactly the same thing, so how do I make my asthma attack wait until tomorrow?... Not counting how rude and despotic most of the workers are...
