In Tlaxcala most of the hospitals have regular service .... Some do not have medicine .... In my personal opinion the imss is a great institution although it needs to be said improving ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debes ir con suficiente tiempo pues estarás esperando por un periodo prolongado y usualmente de pie Incluso si llegas muy temprano. Los médicos con un trato frío pero igual y porque están cargados de trabajo. El área de vacunación es eficiente y las enfermeras con excelente actitud.
You must go with enough time because you will be waiting for a prolonged period and usually standing even if you arrive very early. Doctors with a cold but equal treatment and because they are loaded with work. The vaccination area is efficient and nurses with an excellent attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran institución ... Obvio la falta de médicamentos siempre ha Sido un tema pero el trato hacia el personal ha mejorado ..... La mayoría de las áreas tienen un excelente servicio profesional..... Por ejemplo.... Urgencias.... Pediatría.... Entre otras ..... Maternal ... Etc....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en mi experiencia es bastante amable, pero también un poco lenta y ojalá pudieran agilizar algunos trámites y hacer más clara la información y gestión de los mismos porque te envían de una oficina a otra varias veces antes de darte una solución
In my experience, the attention is quite friendly, but also a bit slow and I wish they could speed up some procedures and make the information and management of them clearer because they send you from one office to another several times before giving you a solution.
