Espero que en algún momento, al menos se capacite adecuadamente al personal. The staff lacks a humanitarian sense, the nurses are quite rude, and the clinic generally lacks supplies and maintenance. I hope that at some point, at least the staff is properly trained.

Necesita un estacionamiento, el que tienen fuera de las instalaciones solo es para 7 autos y siempre hay un HDP que se estacionan mal, ocupando 2 lugares, así que busca estacionarse en calles aledañas. Excelente atención del personal: muy amables y pacientes. Tiene servicio de urgencias, pero para cosas muy sencillas, para padecimientos que requieran Qx o un especialista te derivan a Cuautla. Las pocas veces que he utilizado el servicio he quedado sorprendida del buen trato. Desgraciadamente somos muchos derechohabientes para la clínica y eso se ve reflejado en el tiempo de atención. Nice facilities, much better than those in Cuautla. You need a parking lot, the one you have outside the facilities is only for 7 cars and there is always an HDP parking badly, occupying 2 places, so look for parking in nearby streets. Excellent staff attention: very kind and patient. It has emergency service, but for very simple things, for conditions that require Qx or a specialist refer you to Cuautla. The few times I have used the service I was surprised at the good treatment. Unfortunately we are many beneficiaries for the clinic and that is reflected in the time of care.
