★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal que no quiere ni tiene las más mínimas ganas de trabajar. Supongo que los cagó Dios, porqué se sienten cómo si lo fueran. Personal incapaz de resolver algo. Muy muy muy muy pésima atención.
 Personnel who do not want or have the slightest desire to work. I guess God screwed them up, because they feel like they are. Staff unable to resolve something. Very very very very lousy attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tuve consulta en mi clínica del IMSS la cual atendida muy rápido, no hubo filas, la doctora muy amable y atención esmerada la asistente me oriento muy bien y la entrevista con la doctora fue muy rápida y actualizo mis datos debido a que con la pandemia se había retrasado todo
Today I had a consultation at my IMSS clinic which was attended very quickly, there were no lines, the doctor was very kind and attentive, the assistant guided me very well and the interview with the doctor was very fast and I updated my data due to the pandemic everything had been delayed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, en especial del doctorcete de nombre Cristobal, que hasta parece que le molesta que uno se enferme y tenga que ir a consultar y de la coordinación ni se diga.
Terrible attention, especially from the doctor named Cristobal, who even seems to be bothered that one gets sick and has to go to consult and to say nothing of the coordination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoría del personal son muy atentos en su trato, cuando brindan información y cuando dan servicio. Siempre está limpio y te atienden lo más rápido posible. Muy a gusto.
Most of the staff are very attentive in their treatment, when they provide information and when they provide service. It is always clean and they take care of you as quickly as possible. Very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. A mi padre que es adulto mayor le negaron los medicamentos solo por no ir a presentarse a la clínica en este tiempo de pandemia. El doctor del consultorio 5 de turno vespertino es el que lo atiende y nos niega los medicamentos diciendo que si no va, entonces no se lo dará.
Que mal que se porten de tal manera y más cuando estamos en una situación difícil como el covid y más con un adulto mayor.
Terrible attention. My father, who is an older adult, was denied medication just for not going to the clinic during this time of the pandemic. The doctor in office 5 on evening shift is the one who treats him and denies us the medication, saying that if he doesn't go, then he won't give it to him.
Too bad that they behave in such a way and more so when we are in a difficult situation like covid and more so with an older adult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a registrarme y todo fue rápido, al momento de darme mi cartilla me preguntaron si quera la vacuna de la influenza y la del tétanos nada mas quise que me pusieran la segunda, en resumidas cuentas entre y salí en menos de 40 min. y hasta vacunado quede.
I went to register and everything was fast, when they gave me my card they asked me if I wanted the influenza vaccine and the tetanus one, I just wanted them to give me the second one, in short, between and leaving in less than 40 min. and until vaccinated.
