★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor clínica por mucho, el trato de todos los que laboran ahí es inhumano, si no les gusta su trabajo no deberían dedicarse a eso.
Desafortunadamente está es mi clínica pero, no puedo darme el lujo de utilizar este servicio cuando estoy enferma porque de las veces que fui a solicitar información fue horrible con las doctoras, enfermeras y todo los que te atienden.
Sus trámites son realmente absurdos, y no puedo creer que siga con el mismo tipo de administración que lo único que logra es dar el peor servicio.
Mi hermana también tenía esta misma clínica y lo ocupaba por necesidad pero cambio de domicilio y su nueva clínica en San Bartolo me comentó que es toda maravilla, y es todo lo contrario a lo que por desgracia nos acostumbramos a qué nos de el peor servicio estás clínicas. Debemos exigir más porque de nuestros impuestos cobra está gente y para recibir la atención como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del personal que ahí "labora" es pésimo. Los empleados y pseudo doctores se ofenden cuando no les dices gracias. Si no lo haces es porque te atendieron mal y no lo merecen. Están para dar un servicio no para ningunear a las personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a hacer una prueba de covid y tienes que venir súper enfermo para que te atiendan, si no es así no te molestes en venir, me refiero a que si por alguna razón eres asintomático no te van a atender, uno de los "requisitos" es venir enfermo o "con síntomas" para poder hacer la prueba de lo contrario no te dan relevancia, los de seguridad te diagnostican a su criterio y te discriminan, muy mal la clínica y lo peor de todo que te dejan sin solución alguna.

Y no atienden nunca las llamadas telefónicas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es malo son muy burócratas en cuanto a papeleo según sea quien te toque, te piden unos documentos primero y si tienen flojera te los revisan y si no así nada mas te pasan eso en archivo, para poder recibir una consulta necesitas formarte con demaciada anticipación es decir., ir a las 7 am para anotarte y te atiendan a la 1:30 eso en el turno vespertino si quieres que te atiendan en el consultorio que te toca, porque solo pasan 4 personas todas las demás van a espera y los reparten a consultorios de apoyo. en el matutino a las 6 am ya hay bastante gente formada, para programar una cita es imposible siempre esta lleno, lo mismo para laboratorios o RX, hasta un mes para que te la den para entonces ya te curaste o te moriste jajaja medicamento tampoco hay te traen vuelta y vuelta y si es del controlado solo hay hasta la 1:30 si pasas a consulta en la tarde pues nimodo tendrías que ir al día siguiente por tus pastillas.

No entiendo porque habiendo tantos pésimos comentarios nadie hace nada. Llevo tratando de hacer un trámite desde el año pasado y todo son excusas para no hacer su trabajo. Lástima que existan personas como las que laboran es estás instituciones, que no les gusta trabajar. Solo llegan a hacer acto de presencia para recibir un sueldo que no se merecen.?
