I don't know why they give an attention number if they don't answer ? I'm talking to get COVID test results and nothing, terrible service ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando marcas a el número que proporcionan de ayuda no contestan, cuando acudes a la instalación en la entrada debes hacer mucha fila y evita llegar de 11:00 a 12:00 AM porque es la hora en que salen a comer y no atienden a nadie, vigilancia nula y una atención muy lenta, lo único bueno es que respetan las citas y eso solo en ocasiones, si no llegas 15 min. antes pierdes tu lugar y se lo dan a otro.
Recomendación: si tienes cita acudir de 15 a 30 min antes, si vas a farmacia ve temprano antes de las 11:00 AM que es cuando esta más libre.
When you dial the number that provides help they do not answer, when you go to the facility at the entrance you have to stand in a long line and avoid arriving between 11:00 and 12:00 AM because that is the time they go out to eat and they do not attend to anyone , zero surveillance and very slow attention, the only good thing is that they respect the appointments and that only on occasions, if you do not arrive 15 min. before you lose your place and they give it to another.
Recommendation: if you have an appointment go 15 to 30 minutes before, if you go to the pharmacy go early before 11:00 AM, which is when you are freer.
