★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, muy amables la mayoria de los doctores, a pesar de las carencias en medicamentos y de envíos a otras especialidades por la pandemia. Un poco lento para pasar en el modulo respiratorio, por tants gente que no se pone su cubrebocas y no se cuida.
Excellent service, most of the doctors very friendly, despite the shortages in medicines and shipments to other specialties due to the pandemic. A little slow to go through the respiratory module, for so many people who do not put on their mask and do not take care of themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es de una calidad media para mi opinión ya que en las veces que tuve oportunidad de ir, no cuenta con siertos medicamento segun farmacia en repetidas ocasiones y por último el director que da alta a ordenes para hacer estudios mas especializados me cancelo por que no tenia físicamente nada... seguramente era mi imaginación mi problema del hombro ?
The service is of average quality in my opinion, since in the times that I had the opportunity to go, it did not have certain medications according to the pharmacy on several occasions and finally, the director who discharged orders to carry out more specialized studies canceled me because I had nothing physically... surely it was my imagination my shoulder problem ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay pacientes y te retrasas 2 min ya no te pasan a consulta en el consultorio qué te toca, te pasan a lista de espera. No toman en cuenta nada, que la persona que va a consulta le cuesta caminar sola y por ello te retrasas
Y bien importante los consultorios no tienen pacientes. Puro burocratismo, las señoritas recepcionista en la charla y comiendo, los consultorios sin pacientes. Los pacientes sentados esperando ser atendidos hasta que se les dé la gana. Y así desean que unos esté afiliado al IMSS
There are no patients and you're 2 minutes late, they don't send you to the office anymore, what's your turn, they put you on the waiting list. They do not take anything into account, that the person who goes to the consultation has a hard time walking alone and therefore you are late
And very important, the clinics do not have patients. Pure bureaucracy, the receptionist ladies in the talk and eating, the offices without patients. Patients sitting waiting to be seen until they feel like it. And so they want some to be affiliated with the IMSS
