★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar la entrada no permiten mochilas, ni cascos (ni siquiera hay un letrero o algo que diga que no se permiten) te mencionan que hay paquetería pero ajena alas instalaciones y cobran $5 pesos...
Parece que te hacen un favor la mayoría (no todos) de los que trabajan ahí.
To begin, the entrance does not allow backpacks or helmets (there is not even a sign or something that says they are not allowed) they mention that there is a parcel but outside the facilities and they charge $ 5 pesos ...
Most (not all) of those who work there seem to be doing you a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un problema enorme el congestionamiento, los taxis utilizan el poco espacio que dejan todos los vehículos estacionados hasta en doble fila; además de los ambulantes que apartan lugar u ocupan la acera inmediata al hospital, los vigilantes no permiten el acceso al hospital ni para pedir información si no llevas tu carnet
A huge problem is the congestion, the taxis use the little space left by all the vehicles parked in double rows; In addition to the ambulantes who move away or occupy the immediate sidewalk to the hospital, the guards do not allow access to the hospital or to ask for information if you do not carry your card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es un clásico del sistema de salud en México: hay que mendigar la atención y una vez que esta adentro algún familiar/conocido es un suplicio rogar porque lo atiendan. Se reconoce que hay algunos cambios pero en general hay falta de médicos, las enfermeras no son empaticas. Y no es que sea algo esencial pero al menos se espera hagan su trabajo cosa que no sucede a menudo. De 10 enfermeras sólo 2 ofrecen un trabajo bueno. De los doctores muchos ni siquiera se presentan en su horario por estar atendiendo en particulares. Quienes terminan haciendo mucho de ese trabajo son los residentes que, aunque en un futuro estarán desempeñándose como galenos, siento que los avientan a la boca del tigre sin nada de ayuda.
The service is a classic of the health system in Mexico: you have to beg for care and once a family member / acquaintance is inside it is an ordeal to beg for care. It is recognized that there are some changes but in general there is a lack of doctors, nurses are not empathetic. And it is not that it is essential but at least they are expected to do their job which does not happen often. Only 2 out of 10 nurses offer a good job. Of the doctors, many do not even show up on their schedule because they are attending in particular. Those who end up doing a lot of that work are the residents who, although in the future they will be working as doctors, I feel that they are thrown into the tiger's mouth without any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno por parte de los médicos la mayoría es muy amable, pero todo el personal que está en la entrada personal de vigilancia son un poco groseros a personas que van por información, se molestan por todo, hace falta que alguien ponga orden en esa área pues me ha tocado ver como tratan a las personas que tienen algún paciente y de verdad no es la manera.
The service is good from the doctors, most of them are very friendly, but all the personnel who are at the entrance, security personnel, are a bit rude to people who go for information, they bother about everything, it takes someone to put order in That area because I have had to see how they treat people who have a patient and it really is not the way.
