★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo atienden casos de urgencias, y COVID, y merecen todo mi respeto por su trabajo y dedicación a los enfermos y mucho más ante está pandemia. Gracias de todo corazón porque en la urgencia de mi mamá, solo aquí la recibieron y la atendieron. Lo que no sucedió en dos hospitales particulares por miedo a que tuviera infección de COVID. Gracias. Los horarios de visita para hospitalizados son de 8:00 a 10:00 a m. Y de 16:00 a 19:00 HRS.

Pero si se atraviesa el cambio de turno pueden ser hasta 5.00, La subdirectora Medica es una prepotente, preguntas cuando te va atender y te es el cambio de turno, así que se espera, no hay médicos. Me tuve que retirar sin recibir la consulta. Estos para el Director del IMSS .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto el área de urgencias como hospitalización, es terrible. Es un lugar muy sucio, los pacientes de urgencias están tirados en el piso porque no hay lugar, médicos apáticos e indiferentes. Todas las faltas administrativas y omisiones son por culpa del covid según ellos. No dan seguimiento a los pacientes y cualquier reclamo indican que si gustas te puedes llevar a tu paciente. Es un hospital híbrido y aún así no guardan las medidas sanitarias. Muy sucio , gran parte del personal sin cubrebocas, comiendo y reunidos en espacios cerrados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, apoyaron bastante a mi papá, el entro pos covid, y le ayudarán bastante a pesar que antes de ingresar a este hospital estuvo en HGZ 29, ES UNA ASCO EL SERVICIO DE ESE HOSPITAL Y EL PERSONAL NI SE DIGA, aquí en la 27, hasta las personas de intendencia, enfermeros se portaron muy humanos con mi padre, de verdad se agradece tanto apoyo por parte de enfermeras, doctores e intendencia. Trabajo Social mmmm deja mucho que desear pero ahí enfermeras hasta administración buen trato. FELICIDADES ??, por favor sigan con ese trato humano para los pacientes, ya que los familiares de los pacientes son los que sufren aveces más que su propio paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima la atención de vdd ingresé temprano 9 :37 para ser exactos. 4 :30 me hicieron mis estudios q por cierto traspapelaron y me quedan hacer dos veces el mismo estudio por error de ellos 5:20 me sacaron sin la más mínima explicación de lo q tenía ...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó el trato, el problema es que nunca tienen contraste para hacer estudios, de tomografía, radiografías y faltan sillas de ruedas.
El tipejo que te pone la vigencia es un mal educado, mal encarado, siempre se anda haciendo tonto, mal vestido, no se porque de verdad trabaja ahí!!
